Le París Asoke

01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Le París Asoke is a delightful coffee shop nestled in the bustling heart of Bangkok’s Khlong Toei district. This charming spot is a sanctuary for lovers of authentic French bakery fare, offering an inviting escape with its Parisian-inspired delicacies. Upon stepping inside, you’re greeted by the warm aroma of freshly baked croissants – golden, flaky, and buttery, crafted with a level of care that transports your taste buds straight to the streets of Paris.

The croissants here are nothing short of exceptional, celebrated by patrons like Kirill Shishkov who calls them a "hidden gem" and praises their irresistibly authentic Parisian flavor. The menu extends beyond these iconic pastries, including a variety of breakfast options and baked goods that cater to different palates. The ice peach tea is a refreshing complement, offering a delicate balance of sweetness and fruitiness that one reviewer rated a perfect 10/10.

The intimate setting of Le París Asoke adds to its charm, although the seating area is somewhat limited and shared with the hotel lobby, as noted by regulars. Still, the ambiance feels cozy and clean, making it an ideal spot to savor a quiet morning or casual lunch amidst Bangkok’s vibrant cityscape. The convenience of free covered parking is a thoughtful bonus, ensuring guests can relax without worrying about their vehicle.

While some have found the service timing a bit slow during quieter hours, the quality of food more than compensates – especially if you’re craving a comforting breakfast or a delectable afternoon treat. Coffee lovers will appreciate the well-crafted brews, though some may wish pricing details, like the additional charge for soy milk, were more transparent.

Whether you’re starting your day with the egg and ham on toast or indulging in a croffle, Le París Asoke delivers a sophisticated blend of flavors that invites you to linger. It offers a rare slice of France in Bangkok, promising memorable tastes that keep visitors coming back for more.

For anyone in the Asoke area looking to awaken their senses with classic French pastries and excellent coffee, Le París Asoke is a must-visit destination that embodies both authenticity and warmth.

The best croissant I ever have in Thailand. Great breakfast menu, good varieties of bakeries to choose from, clean place, easily accessible, free covered parking. The seating area is a bit small and shares the common area as hotel lobby.

Lunch was very nice, just too spicy for us. The croffle was ok. And it took very long, eventhough it wasn't busy.

I got the impression that good breakfast is hard to find in Asoke, when we were told to get street food at 7:30am. Glad we had breakfast here at Le Paris Croissant. Had coffee, and the egg and ham on toast; both were great.

The croissants are good, as is the coffee. 25baht extra for a dash of soy milk seems petty though, and the add-on is nowhere mentioned on the menu.

The best French bakery in Bangkok. I have been here a couple times and have just loved the croissants - we've had plain, tiramisu, salted caramel and oreo. Also had cheese and ham toasted sandwhich and the Oreo Shake. The highlight were the flavoured croissants that were pumped full of deliciousness

My partner tried the Ferrero croissant and said it was delicious, amazing croissant with chocolate inside and outside. Well timed for him after having some of Thailand’s legal herbs.

A few months ago, we had the pleasure of visiting one of these restaurants, and yesterday, we stumbled upon another gem. Though it’s small and tucked away, the location is perfect, nestled snugly between two marijuana lounges. The food is as exceptional as its sister restaurant, and the drinks are delightful—I always go for the honey yuzu drink. The only downside is the limited space, so it can get crowded depending on when you visit. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hidden treasure and can’t wait to explore the rest of their offerings.
